History:
WolfMortum was once an ordinary human, he had a family, parents and siblings that loved him. He was only in his late teenaged years when they were all murdered by Lycanthrope (Werewolves), he too being killed along with them, However, in the midst of life and death, when he held to nothing but his anger and lust for revenge, a figure of darkness approached him and gave him the opportunity to exact such a bloodthirsty ambition for a price, that price was the entertainment in watching this man, soon become a wolf and move through a local primary school, killing all the children within, including past friends from his human life. This was the beginning of his cold streak, his lack of consideration for life other than his own.
It took a few years until he tracked down those whom had wronged him so and the body count had piled up to staggering numbers, he'd killed so many in order to get so far that he found himself beginning to enjoy it, their deaths were the bloodiest of all.
Ten years to follow and WolfMortum had come across a pack of whom was lead by Nathaniel Cova, out of share amusement, he decided to wipe the pack out. What he had not planned on was that he'd find himself caring deeply for one of the females, Jaedyn and eventually calling off his pursuit for their lives as well as his harsh lifestyle in order to settle down with her and start a pack of their own, four pups were born sometime later.
Nothing lasts, he had been forced out of their cave during the winter due to shortage of food and whilst hunting, he had come across a pack of vampires from a distant realm whom beat him near death and threw his body into a river running wild. He survived though after a long time of recovery and being lost so far from home with no scent to go on, his travels only distanced himself further in his attempt to return to his family. When he did, he found the pups had died due to sickness and Jaedyn had returned to her pack and mother, her health at risk over his "Abandoning" them and leaving them to die, in her eyes.
Thinking better than to make things worse, he left without letting her see him again and once more, his heart cold and his eyes rutheless, he seeks out new ways to rid his mind from such burden of the past, trying to move on in the only way he knows possible, killing, feeding, living in the moment of each day and night.
It seems WolfMortum has found himself in a new land, perhaps a place of change, positive compared to what he's seen in the past. With nothing to his name but his thirst for blood and his body, his paws mark a trail leading into the new world.
The Kumari Pack
WolfMortum's time in the Kumari Pack changed a lot within him, burying his dark past for the sake of finding acceptance in the Pack's Alpha's and Beta's, he'd sought a different life and seemingly found it in the Lands of the Kumari. Meeting first, the Alphess known as Eclipse, he soon came to form a mutual understanding with the Fae and though at the beginning they seemed to rival each other, she'd later grow to become the closest thing he'd had to a Sister. Her mate, Blaze, the Alpha of the Pack took a little longer growing comfortable with his place in the pack, WolfMortum, aggressive and eager to fight for his place, more often than not came off as insulting and to violent for a place in their ranks. After some time, they reluctantly agree'd as Wolf had found a friend in both Eclipse and Mathias, of whom belonged to Dragon Kin.
Finding strength through loyalty and numbers though few with his battle experience, WolfMortum masked his old self in order to enter the pack and become part of their family. From there he moved to form 'Cor Lupus', a coalition of the Packs strongest in the goal of forming a stronger, unified group of warriors ready to meet the enemies of the pack, they were to be the specialists in battle, called upon when times were most dire.
It might be to much to say that Wolf found a new love in his time spent in the lands, though it wouldn't do credit to say that he didn't fall for someone. Aulan, a slightly younger and shy Fae, caught his attention and after time spent with each other, they were eventually mated with the controversial blessing of the others, Wolf having always found the need to approve of a pairing ridiculous though Aulan wanting to keep to Pack etiquette, he conceded and the two would seen be sharing a great deal of their time together. Their time together lasted the majority of his time within the pack, though eventually coming to an end before his leave.
A year later, WolfMortum came across a lone Wolf, a Fae, friend to the pack though yet to return to their ranks, the younger fae's name was Aleria, a young adult though Wolf found great potential in her abilities, her personality he quickly came to respect and even cherish, so much so that he approached Blaze and told the Alpha he wished to adopt Aleria as his own kin, the daughter he never had. From that day on, with Aleria more than happy to be taken under his wing, WolfMortum sought to train the girl personally, hoping that one day she might surpass him in the arts of akido (Martial Arts) and Kendo (Fencing).
As the years passed and the Pack started to grow complacent in their times of peace, WolfMortum began to see his time there running to an eventual end. Life had become slow, silent and while the others great excited in the news of Pups, Wolf quietly began to grow frustrated, the pack he'd lead before them had been aggressive, competitive and rivaled all others, ShadowFang had been his love....His Father had seen to his exile while the others had believed him to leave of his own will, the Kumari however were the complete opposite and slowly but surely, WolfMortum's old nature was rising up within him, dark moments showing through so much that he began to wonder if he wasn't beginning to become more of a burden for the Pack, than an aid.
Present.
Meeting Ember gave him clarity, a Fae of whom he become close to had come from a similar background, their talks giving him a greater desire to return to his home land and take the pack back as had originally been his right, training under Nihilus, along side Lunar Streak. Upon returning to the ShadowFang Isles, Lunar's reaction seemed to be as hostile as Wolf had expected, not knowing the whole truth about their 'father', and Wolf being to stubborn to tell, it would not be long before the two would find each other on opposite sides of the field, a challenge being called for the future of the Lycanthrope and Wolf clans.
Personality: Cold, withdrawn, easily agitated and always willing to settle things through blood shed and fighting. He keeps the good in him locked deep down beneath his anger for how his life has come to be.
Appearance:
Strangely enough, against the light of the moon his fur shines to look white and snowy though this is only due to the unnatural nature of his being given the wolven form in his past. His true fur color is black, whilst beneath it, demonic tribal markings line his flesh with the incantations laid to bare upon him by the demon of whom gave birth to his resurrection. His eyes are Crimson Red, cold and to see him covered in someone elses blood is actually something of a common sight, this is a wolf that carries with him a strong look of intimidation and past history of violence.
Appearance:
In his human form, WolfMortum's taste in clothing isn't of the typically worn style of the modern age, instead referring back to his human roots of old in which he had been raised in a foreign land, users of the form Akido, Kendo and Archery (Of which WolfMortum distastes). His chosen clothing are the Kimono, two layers over his torso falling to his knee's, of white (Under) and black (Overtop). The Hakama of which are long and baggy pants, often confused as a skirt, are also black.
In the old times, when WolfMortum held a mortal name and life, his people often wore the Armor of the Samurai, over top of such garments. Wolf himself never having grown fond of such armaments as he felt weighed down and lacking the freedom he needed to move swiftly across the battlefield, the obvious downfall of this is that a direct stab to the chest will see him downed and without healing, killed. In taking such a risk, Wolf has had to replace a strong defense with a quick offense, his speed playing into his battles more than anything.
Personality:
Before his time in the Kumari Pack, he was and is now again a Lone Warrior. Since such times however, his once quiet nature has become more aggressive, confident and stand offish against those he doesn't trust. To those he does hold trust in, most commonly associated in the people he cares for, he is most loyal and will lay down his life to protect them, such things will take time in the ShadowFang Isle's and neighboring nations however as he is less than loved by the Vampire race for his strong part played in the bloodfeud between his kind, the Vampires and most significantly, KnOT Death, the only other to walk away from the might of his style in Kendo and the wielding of the legendary 'Shichiseiken'.
Powers/abilities:
Life force enhanced abilities.
Speed, strength and stamina.
Martial art skills from his past though rusty from lack of using human form.
The manipulation of his life force to any concentrated part of his body, resulting in crushing and powerful strikes as well as the ability to move across water, leap impossible heights and run across walls and up building sides.
Grows stronger and faster, over all more powerful with every battle he walks away from, a result of his blood line.
Weapons:
Shichiseiken - His Sword always within arms reach and able to be summoned upon a whisper, this large Katana styled blade is also known as the 'Seven Stars' Sword or the 'Great Bear' Sword. It's power in the hands of the one whom owns it is not known to any legend nor story as most whom see it are cut down or maimed by the shear sharpness of the blade. It's said however that this blade was crafted by a demon whom demanded entrance into heaven and was instead, cast into a prison in the sky, what humans look at to believe to be a star. Upon the stars death long ago, shards were sent down unto the earth and from this one, finely honed into the steel of a Katana, a taste of that demons power has made the weapon almost unbreakable and sharper than any other known blade created by man.
May carry a knife on him though is unable to carry weapons with him in his Wolven form.
