Name: Rakharuk of Kal're-Maj.
Race: Minotaur.
Mythology has not been kind upon this species, man has always denied what was beyond their understanding, their true knowing of another race or kind such as the Minotaur. It is said that the Minotaur is the unholy offspring of greek story, pairng bull and human by some trick of the old gods, however, this ones tale would have you know different. As human society believes itself to have evolved from primates, the Minotaur believe themselves the evolutionary leap from cattle such as the Bull. Given strength and great pride, the Minotaur of this ones tribe are a peaceful loving species, loyal to nature in it's basic form, the lift of the earth yet to be captured in the greed and destructive will of the more violent races. The Kal're-Maj however, despite their beliefs of respecting all life and adhering to the growth and benefit of the natural world, were sought after and attacked by the humankind of the earth....
Profession: Hunter / Skinner / Leatherworker.
Rakharuk is a Hunter, he was always one for the thrill of the hunt and the nessecity of the profession for survival. He is not a warrior nor a rogue, will not take a life without worthy value and thus avoids confrontation with other species unless he himself is threatened. Nature however has many uses, the animal kingdom providing valuable supply and with every blow dealt to such life, Rakharuk does as his tribe always did, blessing each and every kill, cherishing and acknowledging the life he's taking. From here, meat supplies food, bone is a useful tool for creating knives, spear heads and arrow tips, skins such as leather provide clothing and cover in which all these things give Rakharuk to rely on none but himself, self sufficient off of the will of the natural world.
From time to time, such skills also give him the means to trade, in which case should he encounter human life, the prospect of coin might sway favor in his direction, rather than the prejudice that usually accompanies his now near-extinct people.
